Your brain, your main tool for achieving your PhD. It is the most important instrument you have to ensure you can write your thesis.
Of course it is very useful that the rest of your body functions well, but not essential. Stephen Hawking for example shows us that a good working brain can achieve a lot.
So your brain is essential. But how do you look after your brain? Your brain uses up almost a quarter of the total amount of energy supply but it only accounts for about 2% of your body mass. Where does the brain get her supply from and how can you make sure that you look after it in the right way. The answer will probably surprise you.
