about youAs you are sitting more at home it is very important to keep moving.

As you are at home a lot more than usual, it is very important to exercise. In the blog of this week, you will find 5 tips on exercising. They are from fit20. And yes, I am completely prejudiced, my husband owns a fit20 studio. I have been training for years with the fit20 program, even before my husband owned a studio or I had heard from it. So, are these exercises the best exercises you can do? I don’t know, I have never researched this. However, others have. Can you do the exercises in a short time and are they beneficial? Absolutely.

What is fit20?

Fit20 is a form of high intensity training with more effect than just building strength. If you want to find out more, read this. This is the English version, here you will find the Dutch website.

Use the emergency rations

Fit20 offers ‘emergency rations’; in a short time, you will train very effectively. The training is provided by Bram Kroeske, head Training and Development. You can find out more about him and the training here.

The first emergency ration is for your leg muscles. Something interesting: your leg muscles have an influence on your brain functioning. Bram explains it all.

The second emergency ration offers different forms of push-ups. The third ration will deal with your tummy muscles. Subsequently, the back muscles are addressed. And one more for the buttocks and the outside of your upper legs.

The big advantage: effective and done within 20 minutes! It also enhances your resilience. Very important in these challenging times. The more resilience you have, the easier you will deal with stressful situations.

Do you think this kind of training is not for you? I would love to hear what you do to keep fit.
